In emergencies, how do I recover my audio file?

OPEN THE RINGR DESKTOP AUDIO RECOVERY TOOL USING THE SAME BROWSER YOU USED TO MAKE THE RECORDING and click the 'Check for audio' button to start the recovery process. Please download any files it finds and email them to support@ringr.com. NOTE: there may be a 'compressing' step after you click the button, and this can take a while; please be patient and don’t close your browser window.
