What do I do if my audio upload stalls?

CLOSE THE RINGR APP AND RE-OPEN IT. The upload should resume. If it does not resume within 30 seconds or so make sure you’ve completely killed the RINGR app:

  • ON IOS Double-tap the home button on your iPhone (the circle at the very bottom) and then swipe the RINGR Mobile app up to force it closed.
  • ON ANDROID Press your recent apps button or goto Settings > Apps, locate RINGR and close it (Force Stop). For more info on stopping Android apps click here.

AFTER CLOSING RINGR, REOPEN IT AND THE UPLOAD SHOULD RESUME AUTOMATICALLY.

If your upload does not resume, you'll need to recover the file from your phone manually and send it to us to be merged with the other audio.
