In emergencies, how do I recover my audio file?

Connect your phone to a desktop computer via USB and,

ON IOS

  • ACCESS YOUR FILES VIA ITUNES FILESHARING

    Start iTunes, click on your phone Screen_Shot_2017-09-06_at_12.20.38.png in the navigation and and then select 'apps' from the menu:


    Scroll the right pane down down, not in the list of apps, but the whole pane so you can see the list of filesharing apps below it:

    Select 'RINGR' from the list and see if there are any documents with names ending in .ogg or .wav. You should be able to drag any files you find to your desktop, which will transfer them from the phone to your computer.

ON ANDROID

    /Android/data/us.ringr.RingrMobile/files

  • TO ACCESS YOUR FILES ON WINDOWS

    Simply connect your phone via USB and use the File Transfer window that pops up on your computer to drag and drop files, just like other external devices.
