How do I join a conversation?

IF YOU INVITED SOMEONE TO A CALL

Tap Join on the conversation in your list of active conversations on the RINGR Home screen at the scheduled time:

If you are using RINGR Desktop, this will take you to the Join conversation screen. Click Open on RINGR desktop to proceed:

Then accept the disclaimer:

...and wait for your interviewee to arrive. The call will be automatically connected as soon as your interviewee joins.

IF YOU WERE INVITED TO A CALL

RINGR makes it simple for to join the conversation. On a mobile device, download the free RINGR Mobile app from the App Store, tap the invite code in the email that you received, and accept the disclaimer once the app opens.

Or, if you would like to use your desktop or laptop computer, click the invite code in the email. A new browser window will open and display the Join RINGR window:

The call will be connected automatically. You do not need to sign up or register in order to join a conversation.
